Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. No cancellation after order
Once an order is placed and paid, it cannot be cancelled by the customer and the amount is not refundable. Before payment, you are asked to confirm that you have read and agree to this policy.
2. No returns
Products sold on WTPESTORE are not returnable, including for change of mind, wrong selection or a product no longer being required. Please check the model, size and specification before ordering, or ask us on WhatsApp if unsure.
3. Full refund if we cannot supply
If we are unable to supply your order (for example the product is out of stock or discontinued), we will inform you and refund the full amount, including shipping and GST, within 7 working days to the original payment method.
4. Damaged or wrong item: replacement
If a product arrives physically damaged, or you receive a different product from the one ordered, we will replace it free of cost, provided that:
- you inform us on WhatsApp (+91 98991 93589) or email within 48 hours of delivery;
- you share a continuous unboxing video showing the sealed parcel being opened and the damage or wrong item;
- the product is unused and kept with its original packaging, which you hand back to our courier when asked.
Replacement is the only remedy for damaged or wrong items; no cash refund is made in such cases. If a replacement cannot be supplied, the amount for that item is refunded within 7 working days.
5. Manufacturing defects
Products covered by a manufacturer's warranty are serviced under that warranty as per the manufacturer's terms. We will help you contact the manufacturer or service centre.
6. Refund method
All refunds are made to the original payment method through our payment gateway. Your bank may take a few additional days to show the credit.
