Shipping Policy

1. Where we ship

We ship across India through courier and transport partners. All orders are dispatched from Faridabad, Haryana.

2. Shipping charges

Each product has its own courier charge, shown on the product page and in the cart before payment. If your cart has more than one product, the highest single courier charge among them is applied once, not added for every item. There is no free shipping.

GST is charged on the courier charge at the highest GST rate among the products in the order, as required for invoicing.

For large or heavy products (for example FRP vessels, softeners, plants, chemical drums) the courier charge is not shown online. These items cannot be paid for on the website directly; we confirm the freight with you on WhatsApp or phone first, and send a payment link after you agree.

3. Dispatch time

Each product page shows its dispatch time in working days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays), counted from the day payment is received. If a product page shows no dispatch time, it is dispatched within 3 working days. Made-to-order or specially procured items take the time shown on the product page or as confirmed with you.

4. Delivery time

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 2–7 working days depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer. Delivery time is an estimate given by the courier and is not guaranteed by us.

5. Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we send the courier name and tracking number on WhatsApp or email.

6. Receiving the parcel

Please check the outer packaging at delivery. Record a continuous unboxing video when you open the parcel. If anything is damaged or wrong, inform us within 48 hours of delivery as explained in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

7. Wrong address

If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address or because nobody received it, re-shipping charges are payable by the customer.
