Pricing Policy
1. Currency
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹).
2. GST extra
Product prices shown on the website are exclusive of GST. GST is added at checkout at the rate applicable to each product (usually 18%).
3. Courier charges
Courier charges are extra and shown before payment, as explained in our Shipping Policy.
4. Online payment charges
Online payments made through our payment gateway (Razorpay) carry a payment processing charge of about 2.36% of the order value (gateway fee plus GST). It is shown as a separate line, “Online payment charges”, in the cart before you pay. For large orders you may pay by NEFT/RTGS instead, without this charge — contact us for bank details.
5. What you pay
The cart shows the product total, courier charge, GST, online payment charges and the final total separately. The final total shown before payment is the amount charged.

6. Price changes
Prices may change without notice. The price at the time of payment applies to your order. If a clear pricing error is found, we will contact you, and you may choose to pay the correct price or receive a full refund.
7. Quote items
Plants, large equipment and some products are sold on quotation. Their price, freight and GST are confirmed with you before payment.
