WTPESTORE (www.wtpestore.co.in) is an online store operated by Aqua Filtration System, B-198, Royal Plaza, Near Domino's, Green Field, Faridabad, Haryana – 121001, India (GSTIN 06DMUPS2289L1ZZ). By using this website or placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Products and information

We try to keep product descriptions, specifications, images and prices accurate. Images may be representative. Specifications may change by the manufacturer without notice. If you need a specific model or rating, confirm with us before ordering.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian Rupees and are exclusive of GST; GST and courier charges are shown separately before payment. See our Pricing Policy. Payment is accepted online only through our payment gateway (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets). Cash on Delivery is not available.

4. Order acceptance

An order is confirmed after successful payment. We may decline or cancel an order in case of a pricing error, stock unavailability or suspected misuse; in that case the full amount is refunded.

5. Invoices

A GST tax invoice is issued for every order. If you want input tax credit, enter your GSTIN and business name correctly at checkout; we cannot change the GSTIN after the invoice is issued.

6. Shipping, cancellation and refunds

These are governed by our Shipping Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

7. Installation and use

Water treatment equipment and chemicals must be installed, handled and used as per the manufacturer's instructions and safety data. We are not responsible for damage caused by wrong installation, misuse, incorrect dosing or use outside the stated rating.

8. Limitation of liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of production or business.

9. Website content

Content, guides and images on this website are for information only and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Faridabad, Haryana have jurisdiction.

11. Grievance contact
