Office: B-198, Royal Plaza, Near Domino's, Green Field, Faridabad 121003, Haryana, India. We serve Faridabad, Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Ghaziabad and the whole Delhi NCR, and dispatch products pan-India by courier and transport.
How do I buy and how can I pay?
Products with a listed price can be added to the cart and ordered online. Prices are exclusive of GST; the cart shows products, courier and GST separately. Payment is online only — UPI, debit/credit card, net banking or NEFT/RTGS. Cash on delivery is not available. For plants and large items, request a quotation.
How do I get a quotation?
Send an enquiry on the website or WhatsApp/call +91 98991 93589. When you share your email, an automatic PDF quotation is emailed to you for matching products.
Do you give a GST invoice, warranty and AMC?
Yes. A GST invoice is issued on every order. Standard warranty is 1 year. Installation guidance and annual maintenance contracts (AMC, charged separately) are available.
What is the return and cancellation policy?
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed and products are not returnable. If an item arrives damaged or wrong, WhatsApp us within 48 hours with an unboxing video and it will be replaced. Read the policy.
