We are an Authorized Dealer of Eureka Forbes water softeners. These are factory-built, compact units with a proven ion-exchange design, suited to homes, apartments, small hotels and clinics where a neat, ready-made unit is preferred over a custom-assembled plant.
A factory unit arrives pre-assembled and tested, takes up little space, and carries the manufacturer's warranty and service network. For a flat, villa or small establishment where hardness is moderate and the requirement is straightforward, this is often the simplest solution. For very high hardness or large industrial flow, a custom-built plant sized to your water is usually the better technical and commercial choice — we supply both, and will tell you honestly which one fits.
The key figures on any softener datasheet are resin volume (litres), maximum input hardness (ppm), maximum flow rate (LPH) and output between regenerations (litres at a stated hardness). That last number is the practical one — it tells you how much soft water you get before you must regenerate. Note that it is quoted at a specific hardness; if your water is harder, you will get proportionately less.
Install after the storage tank and before the geyser and washing machine lines, keep drinking water on a separate line if you prefer unsoftened water for drinking, and ensure a drain point is available for regeneration. Keep the salt tank filled and check outlet hardness periodically.
