Zero Scale is our own manufactured range of water softeners, built and assembled by Aqua Filtration System in Faridabad. Because we build them ourselves, we can match the vessel, resin quantity and valve to your exact hardness and flow instead of forcing your requirement into a fixed model — and spares are always available from us directly.

Where Zero Scale softeners are used

Homes and apartments (protecting geysers, taps and washing machines), hotels and hospitals (laundry and boiler feed), industries (cooling towers, process water, boiler pre-treatment) and as pre-treatment ahead of RO plants, where removing hardness first significantly extends membrane life.

How we size your unit

We need two figures: your feed water hardness in ppm and your daily water consumption in litres. Together these give the total hardness load per day, and we choose resin volume so regeneration is needed about once a day or once in two days. We then select the vessel size so resin fills 50-60% of the vessel, leaving proper freeboard for backwash, and match the valve to the required service flow rate.

Manual or automatic valve

Manual MPV costs less and suits sites where someone reliably regenerates on schedule. Automatic (timer or metered) valves regenerate on their own — the practical choice for hotels, hospitals and industry. Metered valves regenerate by actual water consumed, so salt consumption is the lowest.

Running it

Keep the brine tank stocked with clean salt, check outlet hardness weekly with a test kit, and clean the brine tank once or twice a year. Nearly every "softener stopped working" call turns out to be an empty salt tank or a choked injector.
